Jessica Frederick - Executive Director and Program Coordinator
Jessica has been with Citizen Advocates since 2008. Since starting Jessica has seen Citizen Advocates grow from a program that only did one on one matches to the program that exists today that provides opportunities throughout the community. Jessica enjoys being a part of a program that sees the importance of relationships in a persons life and works to build those relationships for those in the community that are often not included. Jessica has a BA in Social Work from Whitewater and loves working and living in such a great community.

Jen Conrad - Program Lead and all around amazing coordinator
Jen has been a staff with Citizen Advocates since Sept 1, but her face may be familiar to you as she has been a volunteer at Respite and Hearts and Crafts for a couple of years. Jen is working to grow the programs of Citizen Advocates through social media, community connections and many of the behind the scenes details. You may run into Jen around town as she also spends time at The Bend and volunteering for many nonprofits in the area with her boys.

Jeffrey Reno - Bingo Director
Jeffrey started with Citizen Advocates in May 2023. He received a B.A. in Organizational Administration from UW-Milwaukee and has been a Special Education teacher and worked in banking prior to joining CA. Jeff is usually calling numbers on Bingo days and sometimes at a Respite event.

Monica Hafenbreadl - Respite and Sunday Stroll Staff
Monica is usually seen at the Sunday Stroll and Saturday night respite. She currently works in Special Education and teaches dance classes part time. Monica enjoys being outdoors, gardening, dancing, and theater.
