Why Are We Doing This?
We introduced a cooperative fundraising effort here at CA several years ago with our Dancing For A Difference event. We found that both business and individual donors favored this approach to cooperative fundraising. It just made sense since most nonprofit programs in the community were vying for part of the same dollar. We also discovered that just getting our advocacy message in front of the public isn't always the easiest thing to do. By becoming your fundraising partner, we benefit your financial position and you benefit our public awareness.
