Join Our Satellite Support Team!
Citizen Advocacy of Washington County develops and supports one to one
relationships between local people and people who have disabilities. The
Satellite Support Team (SST) helps to expand our outreach through
“support” volunteers in surrounding communities.

As an SST (Satellite Support Team) volunteers, your job is to be the eyes
and ears of your neighborhoods, work place, churches and in all parts of
your community. Then simply report back to us with names of potential
advocates and disabled individuals in need of Advocate support. Another
important task is to help raise awareness in your community of Citizen
Advocacy’s vital mission

We are presently recruiting volunteers to operate Satellite Support Team
volunteer sites in Newburg, Jackson, West Bend, Hartford, and Germantown.

We’ve added a part-time Community Activist, Jessica Frederick, who is
coordinating the recruitment and establishment of our new Satellite
Support Team in the county. Volunteers will be linked by conventional
media or through the Internet to the Citizen Advocacy web site.

Working with the SST is the Program Coordinator, Sarah Johnson. Her job
is to create lists of partners in need of advocates while initiating
searches for community advocates throughout the county.

If you are interested in helping us establish an SST site in your community, please fill out the information below and we will contact you right away.

Thanks!
